6 reviews for Yamaha 90hp 25″ Shaft | F90XB2
Love the responsiveness on this 90hp. Took it out on Lake Okeechobee, and it accelerated quickly, making fishing spots easier to reach. The price was surprisingly good for a Yamaha — great value for the money.
Using this Yamaha on a 21′ bay boat in Tampa Bay. Powerful motor with good fuel economy. Only minor gripe is the weight — a bit heavier than I expected, but manageable. Overall very pleased.
This engine runs so quietly and smoothly. Took it out on the Chesapeake Bay on my pontoon boat and it handled everything perfectly. Great build quality from Yamaha and a smart purchase at the price point.
Installed this Yamaha on my 18′ aluminum fishing boat in Mobile Bay. The motor starts instantly and runs super smooth. Plenty of power for my boat size, and fuel efficiency is excellent. Definitely worth the price.
Running this on my 20′ center console near Cape Cod. Quiet and reliable engine that handles rough water well. I docked one star only because the cowling can get a bit warm after long runs, but overall a solid motor.
