The Yamaha F90XB2 is a high-performance four-stroke outboard motor designed for medium-sized boats, such as pontoons, center consoles, bay boats, and aluminum fishing boats up to 16-20 feet. Featuring a 25-inch extra-long shaft, it weighs 367 lbs and is powered by a 1,832cc (111.8 cubic inch) four-cylinder DOHC engine with 16 valves, delivering 90 HP at 5,500 RPM (5,000-6,000 RPM range). Equipped with remote mechanical steering, electric start, and power trim/tilt, it offers precise control and smooth operation. The motor features Precision Multi-Point Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) for optimal performance and fuel efficiency, and a Variable Trolling RPM Switch (VTS®) for adjustable trolling speeds (650-900 RPM in 50-RPM increments).
