The 20ELHPT is a lightweight legend on my 14-foot jon boat—115 lbs makes it easy to hoist solo, and the 20″ shaft keeps the prop biting in light chop. Manual EFI start fires up on the first pull every time, even after sitting through winter. Trolled for crappie all day on under 1.5 gallons, hitting 20 mph with two guys and gear. Smooth torque, barely a whisper—perfect for stealthy fishing!
Solid performer on my river jon—the 20ELHPT’s 20″ shaft handles shallows well, and EFI ensures crisp response from idle. Great low-end torque gets me up to speed fast with gear, runs efficient on long runs. Hits 21 mph solo on flat water. Only minor note is the manual tilt takes a bit of effort solo in mud, but overall, quiet and dependable.
